p66 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine banking partners, solely for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.

The p66 platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above. p66 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

12 International Data Transfers

p66 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or KYC technology partners — p66 ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or under contractual arrangements that impose equivalent data protection obligations.

All international data transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows.

The p66 platform may contain references to third-party services such as payment providers. p66 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
